Yes. The free plan lets you create 1 loading screen with the free themes and the essential stats, no credit card required. You only move up to Premium if you want more screens, every theme, or the full analytics.
You set up your screen on Lumescreen, then paste the generated URL into your server's sv_loadingurl convar (server.cfg). Players automatically see your custom screen while they connect and download the files.
Anytime. You can change themes and reconfigure your screen whenever you like. Premium themes require an active Premium plan.
